Competition

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The prize draw is open to United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic Of Ireland residents only; aged 18 years and older except employees and their families of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Only one prize per person.
  3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  5. Five winners will receive £100 Mothercare voucher.
  6. There are no cash or alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winners.
  7. This prize is subject to availability and the total prize not exceeding the maximum value of a prize which can be awarded in accordance with applicable UK guidelines regarding promotion of medicines (currently £1500).
  8. Winner may be required to participate in publicity.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted for any late, lost or mis-processed entries, whatever the cause.
  10. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 21 days of the closing date. In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner within 28 days, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Prize draw opens at midday on 28th March 2011 and closes at midday on 2nd Jan 2012.
  13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this draw.
  14. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  15. For the names and counties of winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Bonjela Marketing Executive, Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare Ltd, Dansom Lane South, Hull, HU8 7DS.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any additional costs, including, without limitation, travel costs, food and spending money are not included as part of the prize.

The winners agree that there shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution in any promotional work undertaken by the winner.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH PAGB GUIDELINES: TOTAL PRIZE ENTITLEMENT PER MAIN ENTRANT WILL NOT EXCEED £1,500.
